| My experience with your shop is always positive. You are always honest about your capacity and only allow me to drop off my vehicle when you are sure you can complete the job; that is very important to me! The estimates seem fair and always are spot on or less when it is time to pay the bill. |

| You must make an appointment as they're always very busy, which tells me many people trust them and use their services. Once your vehicle is brought in for service/repair, whether it's an old Jalopy or a later model, your car gets first rate treatment. Besides doing the work authorized, they will tell you what may need to be replaced/serviced, and how soon it should be done, as a courtesy, as part of their routine inspection of your vehicle. Very thorough, courteous and professional. I've been a customer for well over 10 years and will continue using John Hook Automotive, Inc. I highly recommend their services, even if you don't live close to their location, they are mechanics that you can trust and depend on, and that's well worth driving a little extra to get your car serviced by them. |

| From start to finish they made me feel comfortable and secure that they would do a good and professional job with my little car. Communication was awesome Josh and Mr. Hook called and talk to me and explain things they found a workaround one of the more expensive tasks and I was grateful that that worked. My daughter depends on him my second daughter Nell also goes to him, I come to him, and daughter number three who just moved here from Virginia left her car with him when we made the trip from Illinois last week.
