They send me detailed texts with clear explanations, including pictures of necessary repairs and recommendations on timing. I especially appreciate that they're not focused on overcharging ? when I brought my 2003 Honda, they even suggested I check with another shop for a more affordable part, showing their commitment to what's best for me, not just the sale. Their honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to answer all my questions make them one of my top two favorite auto shops. | Because I was just having routine maintenance done, I waited for the car. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and has Wifi access. The maintenance was completed in a timely manner. I received a text with a report of the work done and the systems checked. Joey got me checked out quickly. I continue to be a satisfied return customer. |
