| John has taken care of all our cars since 1988. We now drive 45 minutes just to have his folks do all our repairs. This time it was a tire mount and balance. Thirty minutes start to finish. Another home run for John Hook. |

| Very professional operation. If Mr. Hook wanted , he could have replaced and charged me for a new starter when all it turned out to be was a rusty connection with the wire. Starter was perfectly fine. Will be bringing all my vehicles to him in the future. , |
