| John Hook's has always provided fair pricing. If they are unable to find the problem or perform the service they are up front about it. If close enough they will provide a pickup and drop off courtesy. Last but not least they are knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles. Toyota, Cadillac, Dodge, Ford I can verify. |

| As always, I requested my vehicle to be looked at and they got me into the shop in a very timely manner. I have never had an issue with the work that has been done to my past vehicles. John and his staff are as professional as it gets, as fair with their prices as it gets, and will never do any work to any vehicle that is not authorized by the owner. They will recommend work that should be done ASAP if they see an issue, but will always inform the owner first. John and his staff should realize by now how much I value a very good mechanic who is trustworthy, dependable, honest and fair, because I always tell them when I'm in the shop. I would highly recommend their services to anybody that wants to really take care of their vehicle, especially after a dealership warranty has expired. They will continue to maintain your vehicle, just as the dealership had done before, but with much better services and much better prices. |
