| I was in a real pinch, and John and his team really stepped up. Long story short, John acquired the accounts from a former auto repair shop in Beltsville, of which I was a customer. John honored the warranty on some major work that had been done, and performed many additional required "fixes" that were required, with additional charge (sadly due to less than stellar work from my prior garage - and I really mean sadly because I was a long time customer of the prior garage, and was truly dumbfounded when I learned of some of mistakes that had been made in that install). Although this was my first experience, he seems to be an honorable person. I will certainly be back |
