| Their service is excellent. I trust what they tell me. Even when they just do routine service, they text you a detailed report of everything they see. If something?s wrong, the report includes photos and recommendations. Our family has 3 cars ? 2 imports and an American. I trust them with all of them, and recommend them to our friends. |

| This was my first time at John Hook Automotive, and I will be a return customer. The repairs the dealer said the car needed within a month turned out not to be needed that soon. The cause of the noise I heard at high speed was diagnosed and the repair made quickly and at a reasonable cost. The pictures provided with the texted estimate were quite helpful! I was pleased with the initial phone contact, the website, and my on-site experience. The staff are customer oriented, friendly and helpful. |
